We collect this information solely to facilitate community activities and keep you connected. Your information is used to:

• Send event reminders, co-op updates, and schedule changes.

• Coordinate field trips, park days, and guest workshops.

• Respond directly to your inquiries or suggestions.

Your trust is essential to us.

• We will never sell, rent, trade, or share your personal contact information with third parties, advertisers, or outside organizations.

• Internal group contact lists (if shared for co-op coordination) will only include families who have explicitly opted in.

Our website and registration forms are hosted using Google Sites and Google Forms. Information submitted through our forms is stored securely within our administrative Google account. We encourage families to review Google’s Privacy Policy for details on their data security standards.

5. Media & Photo Policy

Note: Consent for photographs and media usage is collected independently through a dedicated question on our primary registration form. We respect every family's choice regarding privacy and will never publish photos of your children without prior written consent.
